Answer:75 pounds.
Question:For this model, can the speed be set at 3.5, 3.6, 3.7 and so on? Or only 3.0 and 4.0? Thanks!
Answer:Yes, you can set the treadmill speed to: 3.5, 3.6, 3.7 and so on. The only problem is that it is in the Metric system or KPH. what I did was wrote down the conversion. For example: 3.6mph = 5.8kph. It max. Speed is 12 kph or 7.5 mph.
Question:is it difficult to lubricate? do I have to take the arm rests off every time to reach the underneath to do that?
Answer:I have found it very easy to lubricate this treadmill. I purchased a lube that has an extended tube that fits under the belt easily and has an extended reach. It is not necessary to remove anything to lubricate the belt.
Question:is the distance on the screen in km or miles?
Answer:Miles, can be changed to km on the app.

It was super easy to assemble, most of it came set the only thing you would have to do is place the arm rests and two small stabilizers at the bottom of the front section. Also note battery for remote is not included, meantime using the app was great!

After using it for more than a month, I am ready to give it a review. Setting up this treadmill is a breeze. It only took less than 15 minutes from unpacking to be ready to use. The light weight and portable feature make it easy for exercise in kitchen, living room, bedroom, and backyard. The treadmill is steady when in use. So far, no issues at all. My boyfriend thinks that the speed limit is not designed for intensive exercise, but we both agree that it is sufficient for indoor use.

I'm so busy, with full-time work, and taking care of whole-day meals for my three family members. I barely have time to go to the gym. Since I got this treadmill, It allows me to continue to do my kitchen work while exercising every day. Sometimes, I can also walk on the treadmill while listening to live broadcasts at home. This treadmill is not a behemoth, so it fits well in smaller spaces. it is easy to assemble...just raise the safety bar and add the arm attachments. It comes with good instructions and safety features. The cord is detachable, fits into the bottom of the treadmill at the point of the power switch. It is a low noise piece of equipment . The display tracks speed, distance, and calories, and speed is easy to adjust. As far as maneuverability, it is a real treadmill, so it is heavy, and you should have a carpet or equipment pad for it, but a single person of modest fitness can easily move it.

This is a very convenient treadmill. I always thought I didn't need it because I could just walk out the door and run. But after I got it, I found it was great. You no longer have to worry about choosing clothes and makeup. Whenever you want to exercise, you can just stand on it and walk. How time-saving and convenient. More importantly, it does not take up a lot of space and can be placed in any corner. The quality is very good. The machine starts up very quietly. You just wear your headphones and connect to the app and exercise with different people. You can also see the calories you burned and the time and distance you ran on the display screen at any time. I feel like having this treadmill has made my life more fun.It is a must buy!

This treadmill is perfect for at home use. It folds down easily and stores under my bed great. You can leave the arms off and put a desk over it to work while you walk. When the arms are up it has a little stand you can put your phone or tablet (or book) on while you walk. Everything functions as described. I would recommend for home use. I set it at my garage. I used it for 30 minutes, the Bluetooth worked amazing and the treadmill ran very smooth, I've only used it once but I hope that it continues to work this great….so far no complaints!

I have been using this treadmill for over 2 weeks and it’s amazing. I am very impressed with the quality. Adjustable desk height, it folds up and down and is light to handle but is stable. No static shocks even at high speed unlike other walking pads. This is much better than the umay walking pad. I previous bought a umay treadmill with table top and the motor burned out after a month, surprised me. I also love the compact size design. It is easy to set up, easy to use and easy to store if need to and it doesn’t take a lot of space. It’s small in size but has everything you need. It well fits my limited living space. My wife and I love how sturdy this tremdmill is despite its convenient size . My wife just cancelled her gym membership this weekend after buying this treadmill. We enjoy running about 3 miles a day. I have to say, this one is perfect for home or apartment use, because of its sturdy and compact size. I definitely recommend this product !
